The amount you pay for food safety training depends on the course, your eligibility and how the booking is funded. Use this checklist to confirm your payable fee before registration. Jacin’s Level 1 course page currently lists a full fee of S$147.15; request confirmation of the final amount and GST treatment for your booking.
Course funding and SkillsFuture Credit are different
A course fee subsidy reduces an eligible course fee. SkillsFuture Credit is a separate payment mechanism for eligible Singapore Citizens taking eligible courses. A permanent resident’s eligibility for a course subsidy does not establish eligibility for SkillsFuture Credit. Check the current course listing and your own entitlement before submitting a claim.
Ask for a complete fee breakdown
Request the full course fee, subsidy amount, GST, remaining payable balance and any assessment or reassessment charges. Ask whether your age, residency, sponsorship and previous attendance affect eligibility. Do not treat the lowest advertised subsidised fee as the amount every learner pays.
Confirm the course before making a claim
The course reference shown on our Level 1 page is TGS-2025054086. Match the provider, course reference, intake date and fee against the official listing before applying. Confirm claim deadlines and cancellation terms with our registration team. Never share your Singpass password with someone assisting with registration.
Employer-sponsored bookings
Companies should request a quote that identifies the course, number of learners and sponsorship arrangement. Funding eligibility may differ between learners. Agree on invoicing and required registration documents before making a group payment.
