Corporate food safety training and group registration

Coordinate food safety course bookings for restaurant, catering, café or kitchen teams with Jacin Learning Center. Contact us with your learner numbers and preferred dates so we can discuss available classroom sessions, language requirements and company registration arrangements.

Send a practical training brief

Start with your company name, contact person, approximate number of learners, preferred dates and classroom language needs. State whether staff need initial Level 1 training or retraining. Avoid sending identity documents through an initial enquiry; ask our team which registration channel to use.

Separate new learners from staff due for retraining

Check each employee’s course history before booking the whole team into one course. Record the relevant completion dates and ask about the correct training route. Keeping a central training register makes it easier to plan future attendance and cover work shifts.

Agree on fees and attendance arrangements

Ask for a quote and confirm learner eligibility, invoices, payment arrangements and cancellation terms. Discuss whether your preferred group can attend the same session. Private classes, on-site delivery and group discounts are not assumed; ask our team whether any such arrangement is available.

After the training

Keep completion records for staff who pass and follow the applicable food-handler registration requirements. Completing a booking is not the same as passing an assessment. Employers should track assessment outcomes and any follow-up action needed for individual learners.
